Rick Wolford

Rick joined the FAME team in 2001 and since September, 2002, has served as the executive director.  As a minister and a nurse, his passion is to use medicine as a demonstration of Christ’s love to open the door for evangelism.  Rick graduated from Lincoln Christian College with a degree in ministry.  He also holds a bachelor of science in nursing degree from the University of Indianapolis and a master of science in nursing degree from Indiana University.

Rick and his wife Kay have been married since 1974.  The Lord has blessed Rick and Kay with two wonderful children, Aaron and Shannon, a special daughter-in-law, Andrea, a special son-in-law, Wendell, and two beautiful grandchildren, Kayla and Jordan.

Aaron Carmichael

Aaron joins the work at FAME after several years with the Ronald McDonald House of Indiana as their Director of Development.  Additionally, Aaron has worked with several local and international ministries.  Aaron has a passion for the lost and is very excited to be a part of the mission of FAME; working to bring physical and spiritual healing to the hurt and lost.  Additionally, Aaron has served as a youth minister and a family minister.  Aaron is currently pursuing his PhD and enjoys serving in a variety of ministry roles.  He is the proud father of three amazing young ladies who keep him very busy.  Aaron tries to live by the saying, "Do all the good you can, for as long as ever you can."  John Wesley

Lonnie Burley

Lonnie joined the staff at FAME in 2002 and currently serves as the Director of Short-term Trips.  Her passion is to recruit and equip team participants to share the love of Christ in countries all over the world through medical evangelism.  One of her biggest blessings has been to serve with so many incredibly gifted and loving people in countries such as Haiti, Honduras, India, Ghana, Panama, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. 

Lonnie has 2 daughters, Erin and Katie Burley, and 1 granddaughter, Isabelle Grace Burley.  Her hobbies include camping, playing board games, watching a good movie, and spending time with family.

Bruce Geoffrion

Bruce joined FAME in January, 2010 when he relocated from the Washington, DC. area.  As the Director of Mission Resources, Bruce is responsible for the Gift-in-Kind program, inventory control, logistics, and volunteers.

Bruce has developed a broad network of resources which includes the many members of TECH (the Technical Exchange of Christian Healthcare). Fifteen mission trips to developing countries have given him a great perspective as the needs and struggles of the underserved people FAME works with.

When time permits, he enjoys long distance bicycle riding and investigating Civil War battlefields by bicycle.  Bruce’s four adult children and families live in Virginia, Maryland and Oregon.

Lisa Law

Lisa joined FAME in 2010 and became the Office Manager in 2011.  Some of her responsibilities include the processing of donations, human resources, and overseeing direct mail campaigns.  Lisa grew up in Anderson, Indiana and is a Purdue University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management.

Lisa and her husband, Scott have two sons, Joshua and Tyler and live in Noblesville, IN.  The Law family attends church at Cumberland Road Christian Church in Fishers, where they have served in the Youth Program and also lead a Home Group Bible study.  Lisa is excited to know God answered her prayers by giving her the opportunity to work with FAME.  She looks forward to being able to serve through the talents God has given her and traveling with FAME.  Lisa went on her first medical mission trip in March, 2011.

Amy Thomas

Amy Joined the FAME team in August of 2008. And currently serves as the Inventory Coordinator.  She has had a passion for world missions since 1999, when she felt God calling her to change her major from Vocal Performance to Intercultural Studies.  She grew up in Fortville, Indiana and is a 2004 graduate from Kentucky Christian University with a BA in Intercultural Studies.

She met her husband, Ezra, in 2003 during her internship on the Yakama Indian Reservation in Toppenish, Washington.  They married in 2005 and lived in Ellensburg, Washington until moving back to Amy’s home town in October of 2007.  Amy and Ezra have one child.  Their son Levi was born in August of 2009.

Marie Fisher

Marie joined the FAME team in 2010 and currently serves as the Short Term Trips Assisant. She also assists with FAME events. Before coming on staff she volunteered here for 3 years.  Marie graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis with a degree in Event Management.  She hope to use this degree to not only serve the Lord herself but to help others to serve through events and mission work.

Marie lives on her family farm next door to her fathers mechanic shop and close by her parents.  In her spare time she likes to go TQ Midget racing.  She is also very active in her small community church, Blue Ridge Christian Union Church.  She has attended here since she was a baby, and they have been a great support throughout her life.

Dan Byerly

Dan joined the FAME team in August of 2011 and currently serves as the Inventory Supervisor.  Some of his responsibilities include keeping up warehouse inventory, shipping/receiving, and helping to oversee volunteers throughout the FAME office building and warehouse.  Before coming to FAME, Dan was a Firefighter /Emergency Technician with the Lawrence Township Fire Department in Indianapolis for thirty-four years.  Dan and his wife Rachelle have two sons:  Derek who lives in Fortville, IN, and Nathaniel, who with his wife Carrie, lives in Corydon, Iowa.  Dan and Rachelle attend Cumberland Road Christian Church in Fishers, IN, where Dan sings with the Praise team, participates in a weekly Bible study, and helps his wife coordinate monthly after-church fellowship dinners.  Dan is excited that God has answered his prayers by giving him the opportunity to work with all the talented people at FAME.
