Dear Prayer Partner,
As we enter this season of gratitude and reflection, we want to say how thankful we are for you and your faithful partnership in prayer. Your prayers truly make a difference and help impact lives around the world. This month, please join us in lifting up several areas of ministry where God is at work through medical evangelism.
First, please be praying for our FAME Short-Term Trip Leaders. These men and women generously give their time, energy, and talents as they lead short-term teams into different parts of the world to bring healing, hope, and the love of Christ. Pray that God will give them wisdom in planning and leading, protection as they travel, and that their service will encourage our missionary partners and open doors for the Gospel.
We would also appreciate your continued prayers for our FAME Staff. Our team works hard behind the scenes to support global partners, coordinate medical supply shipments, prepare and lead mission teams, and wisely steward the resources God provides. Please pray for unity, clear direction, and that each staff member will be strengthened and encouraged as they serve.
We also celebrate new sustainable health care projects that were recently approved at the last FAME Board meeting, and we would love your prayers over each one. These include: the construction of a Surgical Theater for the Joska Clinic in Kenya (MOHI), Phase Two of the Maternity Hospital in Malawi (Akonda Ministries), and Clean Water and Disease Prevention initiatives in Kenya (Nasha). Please pray for God’s provision, smooth progress, and that these projects will bring long-term health, hope, and opportunities for the Gospel in each community.
In addition, this month includes two large conferences where FAME will be represented: the Global Missions Health Conference (GMHC) in Louisville, KY and the International Conference on Missions (ICOM) held this year in Atlanta, GA. Please pray that God guides the conversations at these events and opens the door for new partnerships with people from around the world.
And lastly, we would like to ask for prayer for Executive Director, Bill Warren, as he visits some of our partner churches on behalf of FAME. Pray for safe travels, Spirit led conversations, and for each church to be encouraged by how God is using medical evangelism to reach people with the Gospel.
Wishing you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving!

faced the fear of not only his injuries, but also the loss of their only income.
According to Pastor Dionis, who is also a house parent at Eternal Families Village (part of Remember the Children), having a clinic near the church will help introduce many to the good news of Jesus Christ. The church intends to use every opportunity to share that Jesus is the best Father to the fatherless, the help for the helpless, and the hope for the hopeless.
For many, dialysis is literally the difference between life and death. Without it, patients survive only days or weeks. But with treatment—three to five hours, several times a week—their blood is cleansed, their energy returns, and their lives are extended by years. The impact is visible: patients arrive weak and swollen, yet leave breathing easier, walking stronger, and full of gratitude
This one-of-a-kind facility is now preparing to expand. A new Diagnostic Center is being added to their complex—something that will transform healthcare in the community and allow the dialysis center to serve even more patients.
